NPPB Terms and Conditions

I do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Pony Baseball, the league, its officers, and the team manager and coaches, from any claim arising out of any injury to the above named player while involved in league activity, or transportation thereof.
I acknowledge that I have read, understand and will comply with the NPPB Code of Conduct.
I/We the parent(s) or legal guardian of the above named player do hereby grant permission to NPPB to use photos of named player on the NPPB web site.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand the NPPB parking policy and that I will not park on ANY residential street surrounding the Sequoia Baseball Complex.  Failure to do so, may lead to a disciplinary action by the league.
I/We, the parent(s) or legal guardian of the registered player(s) do hereby grant permission to the manager, coach, or adult listed above to obtain medical care from any licensed physician, hospital or medical clinic when either parent or legal guardian cannot be contacted in person or by phone.
I/We, the parent(s) or legal guardian of the above named player do hereby give my approval for his/her participation in Pony Baseball in effect for the current season. I will not at any time remove the player from a playing or practice field without the prior knowledge of a team or league official.
The league incurs costs in planning for each season such as uniforms, equipment, etc.  As a result of those costs, the following Refund Policy is in place and enforced.  Refund requests made prior to the registration deadline will be honored less a $15 fee.  Refunds requested after the registration deadline and before the player is placed on a team will be honored at a 50% rate.  No refund is available once the player has been placed on a team.
